CAIN · BETA
Privacy notice
This is the beta notice for the CAIN iOS and Android test builds (Comprehensive Athlete Intelligence Network, operated by Wellington Holding & Investments). It is the disclosure reviewers and testers should read. Counsel is still finishing the long-form policy, including COPPA, before anyone under 18 is invited.
Who this beta is for
This beta is for people 18 and older. Do not create an account for a minor, and do not invite testers under 18, until the COPPA review is done.
What the app stores
- Account email and password (password is stored by the auth provider, not in the app).
- Athlete profiles you create: sport, goals, check-ins, workouts, recovery, nutrition, and optional body measurements.
- Messages you send to the CAIN consult feature. Those prompts are sent to an AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate a reply. Do not put someone else’s private medical record in a prompt.
- If you turn on device unlock or training reminders in the installed app, the device stores that preference and a push token locally. The website does not ask for Face ID.
What we don’t do
We do not sell personal information. AI replies are performance context, not a medical diagnosis, and not a substitute for a clinician.
Deleting your account
Signed-in users can delete the account inside the app: Profile → Delete account. You confirm by typing DELETE and entering your current password. That removes the login and the athlete profiles that login owns. It cannot be undone from the app.
Export, erasure request, and reminders
Signed-in users can download their personal export, submit or cancel an erasure request, and set a default-off check-in reminder. An erasure request is a review record. It does not delete the account.
